I have had a queezy stomach for about 4-5 days now oof and on during the day.. I'm bloated, and I've also noticed a slight change in my eating habits. Example: one night I ate a tv dinner that was good, the next day I spit it out becauses of the taste and the taste was the same. I don't get my period for another 1.5 weeks.... My periods are crazy, and even BC doesn't regulate them. I'm 21 and I don't think I'll ever be regular. I usually don't bloat like this and I though it might be a virus, but for this long? Plus I'm a projectile vomiter, so when I do get a virus I REALLY know it. No diarreha, and I had a slight temp increase. I've also been light headed. Is the atkins diet healthy?

I want to drop 20-30 pounds in the next 2 months. i have decided to hit the gym and try out something similar to the atkins diet: I eat veggies, and meats for the most part. i drink lots of tea and water and really cut out any other types of foods. When i want sugar i eat atkins chocolate bars or drink his shakes. if im really craving badly, i eat a sandwhich (which requires bread) a peice of fruit (lots of sugar) or toco bell for fast food (pure fat) but usually i am trying to stick with eating more veggies and meat. is this healthy?? I have had an irregular cycle since my daughter was born two years ago. My last period started on Dec 10th, it was completely normal. I have yet to have a period again, I had very light brown mucus like spotting (I know TMI) on Jan 8th and 9th and then light cramps all day Jan 10th, I have taken several hpt's but negative. I don't know if it would be too early uming that if I was pregnant implantation occurred on Jan 10th. With my daughter I had the same thing (light cramps w/o period) and I took an hpt 5 days later and got a positive, but my cycle was really regular then. I just don't know if I should keep taking tests or not, my doctor told me to retest in 5 days, but I think that's like the standard answer anytime someone thinks they are pregnant and gets a negative. Actually the percentage number is increasing dramatically. The reason of course behind that is one scientist who believes in it is amongt at most a couple hundred. Since it was created over 60 years ago the United States has defended Israel on almost every front. What is the cause for this, since it has only led to widespread destabilization and continous conflict in the middle east? I could, possibly, understand if Israel offered the United States some sort of valuable commodity in return for this unfettering aliance, but it has nothing that contributes to our so called "way of life" that George Bush proclaims is his justification for his republican (insanity) agenda around the world; one that endangers America and Americans more so than any other single event in America's History as a nation.

I know how hard it is.. but if he sleeps all through the morning till the afternoon, of course he is not going to sleep at night. he goes to sleep at 12am... wake him up at 8. give him breakfast and play, let him nap for a few hours and when he wakes up again, try to keep him us as long as possible.. he doesn't know any different. I've got a question on Arabic past tense verbs. Apparently, to form the past tense of a verb in Arabic, you would extract the three consonants, (for instance, ktb in the verb kitab) and place them in order, and add your vowel marks. Then you would add "tu" at the end. So it would look like "katabtu", right? But in most Arabic writing, the vowel markings are left out. So the word for "I wrote" would look like "ktbt", but the words for "you wrote" and "she wrote" would look the same because the vowel marks are left out. So how could you tell if "I wrote" or "You wrote" is being said?

Most men who are like this just like control, as in they want to control the women in their life, and until they get help, they won't change. I don't know how long you've been with your husband, but my bet is that given enough time, he'll try to isolate you from your friends (male and female) and your family. This is a question with as many answers as there are people with epilepsy! As for me it is like being turned to jelly and being shaken. I know everything thats going on only unable to control. This leaves me drained and unable to do much for at least 5 minutes. Not pleasant at all and having had my share I will just pray that it will stop soon. Medication levels are key in the controlling of seizures.

I am recently working on making my own wedding invites and I am having trouble with some wording. I was wondering how to word my "response/menu" cards. I know how to do the typical response card and how to list the menu options...my problem is - How do I know which food item each guest requests? (this is something that my banquet facility needs to know ahead of time) Or how do I word this on the response card...so each guest gets the food of their choice? its pretty even but it also depends on the type of prelude you have. A good prelude engine will have 195 - 200 horses. Am I getting cold feet?

I am a real estate agent in Southern NJ. I spent a lot of time deciding on a Broker to join. I decided to go with a small real estate company for the "one on one" touch. I signed up two weeks ago and it is off to a bad start. I have yet to have my extension on the company phone system, my info is not on the website with the other agents and they recently printed out new brochures a few days ago and I am not on it. There are even people who joined after me on it. Whenever I ask about it, they say "Oh, I will get right on that". But, it is never done. One of the brokers (there are two) actually seemed agitated when I ask her to show me how to use the Trend system. At this point, I am only signed up for Trend. I am going to tell you a little story first so try to stay in with it , i really need help.. their are a few different scenarios leading up to one big ordeal...Last year in my 11 grade I took biology with one of the teachers at my school, it was the first year she had taught at the highschool(being promoted from the jr.high)starting off the year all she seemed to talk about was church and how she wanted all of us to go to her church , where she is a youth administator.i thought that it was fine the first few months but after a while i started to catch on, she didnt care if you went to church she wanted you to go to the church that she attended. she would always ask me to attend but i never went. I failed biology that year.CONT..>>12 grade>> I was taking an Earthscience cl in my 12 year, and the teacher was the same as the year before.. I never attended the church she went to, but my sister goes regularly to the same one she does.. shes also in the earthscience cl with me. She is two years younger than me so shes just getting into the whole highschool drama. She is a very good girl except when she wanted to skip school with me in the mornings.You see..in my school if you are tardy over three times you get In school suspention, so if me and my sister even thought we were going to be late we wouldnt show up to her cl just because we didnt want to get iss..And knowing us we were late a lot.. One day in earthscience cl, the teacher calls my sisters name out and asks why she hasnt been coming to cl in the mornings. I went in the class. took the test and came out very confident about it..their were 100 questions on it..each question counts off 1 point.. i thought that i had missed a TOTAL of 5 questions..I WAS THAT CONFIDENT.. and it takes a lot to make me confident about something.. walking out of the class room i left knowing that i aced the test and was going to pass the class and graduate with my class the following week.....A few days later I show up to school to finish my last exam , when i get finished with it I go to the earth science teacher and ask her how i did on my exam.. Go to www.taekwondo-legacy.com for free video's of what TaeKwon-Do is, it's history and how you can (I believe) purchase tapes so you can learn movements. Without being in an actual cl it will be difficult to know if you are preforming the movements correctly but you will be able to get the basic idea of what you should do. Unfortunately, even knowing all of the movements doesn't mean you will be able to defend yourself against an attacker because you will not know how to USE the movements or even which one's to use to defend yourself. Martial Arts is a contact sport so I would not suggest you and your brother "attack" each other when you start learning movements unless you had an experienced instructor. If you are not doing this to defend yourself you WILL tone all of your muscles and build endurance because it IS a lot of training.

I'm soooo lost right now. I feel very alone and I just don't know how to deal with it. I love an old friend I used to have and we don't talk and it's kinda killing me. I'm crying as I type haha. Why so many double standards?

I work for an internal medical doctor, have been with him for 5 yrs. He is from Syria. For the past 5 yrs I have stamped his signature on many forms, prescriptions and have called in many scripts for him. Over theXmas holidays he was out of town and left a stack of signed scripts for patients who had to have their narcotics and threw such a fit because they couldn't wait until their next appt, after the holidays. We wrote the scripts and everything was fine. Sometimes this doc will call in peoples narcs (pain meds, Xanax, sleeping meds, Klonopin) and other times he stands firm that legally he has to see the patients and can't write the meds. On some patients he claims he has to see them every two weeks in order for them to get their meds. He has been treating myself and my husband for the years I worked for him. He knows what we both take and what we both refuse to take. My hubby started on Ambien and Xanax, as prescribed by him in Oct 2009. In Jan. 2010, the doc seen my hubby and told him since he didn't have insurance he would do what he could to help us until he got back to work, He told me that I could call in his scripts when needed. His last script for Xanax was in Dec 2009, so on Thursday, I faxed in my hubby's Ambien and Xanax with his stamped signature. I was planning on telling him about it later that evening but a the pharmacy tech called and made a huge deal out of it, thinking something funny was going on. The doc flipped his lid. He called me into his office and told me he could lose his license, and he wasn't sure what the pharmacy was going to do about this situation. He kept on and on. I kept telling him I was sorry and that I was going to tell him but we were so busy. He wouldn't shut up about it so finally I said I would just quit. Still he kept on and on. So I said I would never write or call in another script and give him back his stamp. Still he kept on and on telling me how he trusted me and how he didn't know what was going to happen. I again repeatedly apologized. He never spoke another word to me the rest of the day and totally ignored me like I was even present on Friday. I know I should have asked him first before faxing the scripts but I honestly didn't think he would mind. He runs his office on so many double standards me and the other employees never know which rules to follow. Plus this doc will charge people an office visit if they call and ask for a refill on their scripts or for something to be called in for a sinus infection or whatever. He doesn't even see them. This man is so greedy and unappreciative of his staff.
