Does the fact that such an institution as a "tit bar" exists prove that something is out of whack with...?

Unfortunatly its pretty common in some places.Not morrally right.But as long as there are males(and some times females)who go there.There will be tit bars.And the junk that goes with it.And....theres a lot of junk.
