What is this device and what is it for?

ok so I know it was made in the czech republic. It has three parts to it but it folds up like a pocket knife would. It sort of looks like a clocks three hands. There is a small one that is shaped like a narrow spoon and a medium one that is just a stick looks sort of like a stir stick for coffee, and the longest on has a sort of platform like thing that looks like you could use it to open a can. we have no clue what it is. Anyone out there know?
