AN odd paradox in Christianity.?

God is real. He loves us with agape love. The unconditional love that only he can have and give us. He knows everything. He knows what we are going to do even before we do. He has know us since we were in the womb. If he knows how can He allow the Jeffrey Dahmers and Charles Mansons and the Bin Ladens of the world which He knows will inflict such huge and personal pain on His Children?
