Are you angry that banks were given the bailouts ,but won't answer questions on what it was spent on so far?

this morning on CNBC it was reported all the banks who received bailout funds refuse to answer questions about where the money they got has gone. they say they really don't even know what happen, should they still get the rest of it. what should happen to these crocks.
