With the British about to start oil exploration around their territory in the South Atlantic and the Argentinians imposing a virtual blockade of all vessels that come inside their territorial waters , the business of sabre rattling is not over yet. Although not admitting it , the British Government have send more military warships to the scene , will diplomacy count?
