Who should I draft?

I have the third pick in the draft. Who should I pick? I'm leaning toward picking either Hanley Ramirez or Jose Reyes, whoever doesn't get picked at #2...Or should I pick someone like Matt Holliday? David Wright??? Plz Help me!!!
