What is a more efficiant government.. a dictatorship or democracy?

Efficient? That would be a dictatorship. And that is because there are fewer people with any sort of say in what happens. So there is no "red tape" or "procedure" to follow. The dictator is the one with the say, and therefore, that makes decision making rather fast and efficient.
