The wall was not my favorite but i did influence me how about you?
i remember when waters did the wall live in berlin and still have it on vhs. it's my favorite still to this day. let me say i also followed it closely before and after it's performance and i don't recall anything even remotely related to what you're saying. maybe i missed it because i'm in th US, but if something like that happened, i feel sure i would have heard of it as i am a lifelong floyd fan and a big waters fan. a lot of people resent waters and blame him for the breakup of pink floyd. maybe you're one of them. this was a very big issue for a lot of people. i know because i saw it first hand. i was living in N. Jersey when waters' radio kaos tour and floyd's momentary lapse of reason tour (i think that's what it was called) hit the new york area at virtually the same time. the media made it even worse with their "which one's pink" campaign. i've never seen such a frenzy over music in my life, but people were as adamant about it as some are with politics or religion. i chose to see waters because i was a bigger fan of his and i could only afford to see one show. i had friends who saw both and most agreed waters put on the better show. i still say it's the best show i've ever seen and can't even imagine something that could come close. except the wall live in berlin. anyway, if you're just a waters hater let me just say...let it go and let's all enjoy what they all gave us and hope that maybe someday they can get past it too and give us some more great music. while they make great music apart, they make history together.
