I don't know, I guess he's just really y to you or something, and your hormones are going in to overdrive. You don't need to try to steal any girl who you want to be friends with's boyfriend, you don't need to make a move on him at all. He apparently doesn't like you, because he apparently barely even knows you, is taken by and happy with that girl. Even if they break up, if you want to be that girl's friend she's not gonna like you dating her ex, so you should really just move on
