M in 8 month of pregnancy,is it safe for me to travel in train for two consecutive days,nausea is still there.?

actually i'm still having a lot of nausea and get tired by doing any mere work,i hav lost 8 kgs,is it safe for me to travel for two full days in train when i'm in my 8 month,please answer?
