Baroness Warnock raises interesting point doesn't she:hoping "people will soon be licensed to put others down"?

I misread her name as Warlock, but there again I could be right. Everybody has the right to die with dignity and if you make a Living Will then this is fine, but it wouldn't be right for a government to decide who lives and who dies and that is what it amounts to. I think what you say about Council workers is a bit harsh Vincent, or do you cl me as an illiterate.
